Yet another day with a camera in Maleah's Face...   I think Mom does not like the camera so close to her...  Though Maleah seems to love it!

Well after the Morning Photo shoot and a quick bite to eat, we headed for the Lobby. We were to meet at 8am. Well showed up a bit late and at 8:15 we didn't see anyone.

We had a group decision to meet over at the White Swan from the Victory. Hoping to meet up with the others.

Well by the time we got to the White Swan, we figured out how to dial Chris's Cell phone number on our cell phone. Well it turns out the Medical Clinic is 2 blocks down from the Victory and Chris went to the White Swan First to get that group. They were a bit late and thats why they didn't show up at the Victory Hotel on time. He told us to high-tail it back to the Victory...

Once we were there is was a Quick walk to the Clinic.  It looked like a pretty modern facility, though not something you would see here in Sonoma County. There were lots of different people there for Different things. They had a special section in the back for Adoptive Children. We headed back there and it was just the 6 Families.

We went around to 3 stations. The First was her Height, Weight and Temperature, Second was the Eyes, Ears, throat and the third was the Physical.

She Checked out in all three areas!!!  Forms were Signed and we were off!

Shopping was interesting. There are many places to get pretty much the same things. The First corner we stopped at and found something interesting we decided to get it. Well we had change coming back. They didn’t want to give it to us, they wanted is to get something else with it. Not sure if it was a good thing or bad, as we got 2 more of something else we got for less then half of the 1st one… After a bit ee found a few places that had a pretty good selection of stuff and the people were pretty nice and not trying to sell you everything they had.  

We had Lunch with Irv and Lia at the White swan. It was nice, though It also seemed a bit hazy inside the lobby. Trying to get a good photo of the Waterfall turned a bit cloudy from the haze.

Irv was tired of the 'Western' Life on the Island and wanted to venture out to the other side...

We tagged along with him.  He wanted to get an Extra bag for gifts to take back with him, so he bought an extra suitcase. We didn't have a chance to ditch it at the hotel before we crossed the bridge. It made for Great pictures...

We knew there was a McD's somewhere on the other side of the Bridge...  We set forth one more time.  Paul looked up the location on a 'Map'...

Well it was not where his Map showed it to be. We kept walking, as it showed it to be on the corner of a main street. Several corners later we came to a pretty large intersection.  Not wanting to get run over ourselves, Paul set forth and conquered!!! Several minutes later he returned and said he found the Golden Arches!  We braved the Intersections and made it to the other side…

McD’s looked pretty much like any other, the faux wood brick and tile. Combo 1 was not the same though. Good thing we were only interested in the Fries. 2 Large Fries later we made it out…

We headed back to the Hotel and turned in for the evening.
